As a former trainer for one of the most successful sales training companies in the world, and leader and developer of countless sales professionals and teams, Chris founded Sell As You Are to help sales leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners champion their teams to approach sales by leveraging their unique strengths. The Sell As You Are methodology cuts through the dissatisfaction of trying to put on a “show” and empowers sales professionals to feel impassioned by their work because it is true to who they are.

The so-called experts who tell you how to sell the “right way” will always do the same thing: hand you a generic formula and walk away. What they never factor in is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to selling because your greatest strength isn’t in replicating someone else’s behaviors, but in knowing who YOU are and showing up in the room. As a leader, it is your job to give your people the tools and space to do that, and this process begins with empowering and supporting them to show up and sell as their most authentic selves, or to Sell As You Are.

Rush was one of the first employees at one of today's largest sales training companies in the world, and has since been making a meaningful impact on every company and individual he's consulted with and trained. SAYA clients benefit from Rush's years of experience in sales force development, along with the teaching experience from his early career. Cait helps hold the vision for the future of SAYA, while creating the plan to make it all come to life. She uses her expertise in instructional design to create helpful learning resources and materials for our clients. If it’s going to help our clients create the fulfilling careers they want and deserve - Cait is going to make it happen! She also has a passion for self-awareness and effective communication, so she serves as another resource for clients to navigate feeling more confident and authentic in their career and personal lives. Most importantly in her role, Cait helps keep SAYA connected to our “why” and makes sure every solution we offer, every interaction we have with clients, and all of our external messaging is consistently in alignment with our values and mission.
